The rooms are spacious and nicely air-conditioned, located in a beautiful area just outside Seville.

The hotel is well run in rural Andalucia near to Donana national Park. The rooms are well appointed and spotless with excellent bathrooms. There is a well known restaurant attached with good food and wine. Staff and management are charming. There is a profusion of bird life and plenty to do if you are self sufficient. Seville is 35k away and Cadiz is an interesting city just over an hour away. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and are looking forward to returning. There was a pool starting to build as we left.

Really kind and good staff and marvellous location in the Sevilla area! And close enough to the restaurant and grounds, a pretty village large garden, and a beautiful nature reserve. Well air-conditioned, excellent room with the pretty patio, a single bed, for example! Variety of appetising food at breakfast time...

The hotel offers a delicious breakfast buffet and the option for half-board meals. It is conveniently located near a beautiful nature reserve with many different birds, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Felt very at home, no complaints at all.

Excellent and tasty food, air-conditioning necessary in June and very quiet, very welcome private area outside for each room to relax.
No plug in hand basin. Breakfast quite late for birdwatchers wanting to go out early.

The location was magical surrounded by wild flowers & birds, very peaceful. Bed was comfortable & the room cool & clean. The patio looked out onto a small lake & meadow. Staff were friendly & helpful. The only downside was the lack of restaurant food at night. Tapas after two nights not adequate, only a good café in the small town. Definitely recommend this hotel but must be prepared to travel for food. Parking is secure & free, Nat Park Donana fantastic, will return.
The only downside was the lack of restaurant food at night

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing place! Ardea Purpurea provided us with a peaceful and beautiful location in the middle of the Doñana park. The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The beds were cozy and the restaurant served delicious food. The pool was stunning, especially with the Jacuzzi section, and the sunbeds were comfortable. We also appreciated the presence of a reliable and quiet air conditioning system in the big bungalow. Ardea Purpurea exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for a relaxing and nature-filled vacation.
Absolutely nothing! 😉

Location was good for bird watching and outdoor activities. The rooms were spacious and had air conditioning. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even during the busy Christmas season.
The breakfast was limited and not very appetizing. There were not many activities to do during the winter months. The rooms were outdated and in need of some maintenance. not worth the price.

The surroundings are really beautifull! Hotel is very clean and well decorated.
The hotel is a bit located 'in the middle of nowhere'. Park Donana is really nearby and is worth a visit! The hotel offers different guided tours.

the bungalows were well-equipped and had separate AC units in every room. the restaurant served delicious meals with plenty of options for both adults and kids. the pool was perfect, with a shallow area for young kids and a deeper area for older guests. the location was great for walking trips, and we even found a local bar in the village for some refreshing drinks. the staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. Ardea Purpurea was the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. Cons: Almost perfect! 🌟.

The bungalow was great for a family of 4 (or more)! The waitress at breakfast was very accomodating and kind to my children. Grounds are lovely, well kept and artistic! The lobby, restaurant are gorgeous, decorated with regional, earthy items. A very peacful location.
The hotel is quite remote. To access it you drive on a dirt road on the outskirts of a small town. At night this was a bit scary! The restaurant is apparently open only on weekends and the town has only very small bar/pubs whose opening hours were a bit vague. Plan ahead for meals!

We had a cottage all to ourselves- great for a family. The cottage was new and very nicely constructed. The premises had nature walks and a playground for the children. We were very comfortable.
The only negative was that we checked in a little late (6:30PM) and we had to wait for the busy waiter-bartender to check us in- there was no one at reception.
